This was a 1980s en-suite with fitted units and hidden cistern. All pipework was hidden in the walls and floor, and the boxing for the cistern was continued behind the bath. With a stunning marble finish tile on the walls and floor and the his and hers sink and subdued lighting on a dimmer, this bathroom oozed quality and finesse.
This house had 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There was a blocked off area under the kitchen, behind the lounge wall that could be turned into a kitchen. After digging out about 10 tonne of spoil, the hole under the house became a beautiful kitchen with oak fronted units and floor, an archway through to the lounge and a back door to the garden. A corner sink gave extra work space and we even managed to squeeze in a cloakroom under the stairs with an understairs cupboard. The old kitchen was converted into a bedroom making this house a 4 bed with bathroom and cloakroom.
