This was a 1900 house with Lathe and Plaster walls and ceilings. The project started as a bathroom and a bedroom and the wall was taken down between the two to create a lovely spacious bathroom with a walk in shower, double roll top cast iron bath and old fashioned radiators. Along the bath wall we fitted tongue and grooved panelling with a marble top and a marble window sill. The floor was laid with Karndean strips and we fitted downlighters in the ceiling on a dimmer switch to set the ambience. A very nice bathroom.
This is an en-suite we fitted in Gloucestershire. The shower was so awful, they used it as a store cupboard. The new cabinets provide plenty of storage and the white cabinets with the blue paintwork really look good. The shower cubicle now has a chrome frame with a denim tile stripe down each side to give a very smart look.
